Starting with Tacview 1.8.8 beta 5, colors may be customized and new colors may be added, as follows:
Locate the XML file
C:\Program Files (x86)\Tacview (beta)\Data\Xml\Data-ObjectsColors.xml
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Tacview\Data\Xml\Data-ObjectsColors.xml
Copy the XML file Data-ObjectsColors.xml to the folder:
C:\ProgramData\Tacview\Data\Xml\
Open the file and edit or add colors as desired.

Re-launch Tacview. Edit your colors in the 3D view by right-clicking on the object.
